Agreement to these terms

By creating a Nejma ID, accessing a Nejma product, or continuing to use a service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Service and any product-specific terms presented to you.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a failure of Nejma systems outside your reasonable control.
• Do not share, sell or transfer an account in a way that violates product-specific licensing rules.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use Nejma products only in ways that are lawful and do not damage the service or other users.

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, licensing checks or security protections.
• Do not interfere with service availability or probe systems without authorization.
• Do not use Nejma to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others or facilitate unlawful activity.
• Do not automate access in a way that creates unreasonable load or violates a documented API or product rule.

Products, licenses and paid features

Different Nejma tools may use different license scopes, device limits, billing periods or feature entitlements. Those details will be shown before purchase and will form part of the agreement for that product. Refund, cancellation and subscription rules will be published before paid products are offered.

Ownership

Nejma and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, branding, designs and other protected materials. These Terms give you permission to use Nejma products according to the applicable product license; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying software or brand assets.

Beta and pre-release features

Some Nejma products or features may be labelled beta, preview, experimental or pre-release. They may change, stop working, lose data or be discontinued. Do not rely on a pre-release feature as the only copy of important work.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features as Nejma evolves. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will apply the product-specific terms and applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Users may stop using Nejma at any time, subject to any active purchase or subscription terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nejma services are provided without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Nejma grows. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
