This notice explains ownership of Nejma software, website materials and branding, and how third-party marks and infringement reports are handled.
Nejma materials
Unless identified otherwise, the Nejma website, Nejma and 5text branding, original software, source code, product interfaces, illustrations, motion, copy, documentation, installers, private runtimes and related original materials are owned by or licensed to Nejma and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Copyright protection does not give visitors permission to copy, republish, distribute, sell, mirror or commercially exploit Nejma materials. Permission granted by a Software License applies only to the software use described in that license.
Names, logos and brand assets
Nejma names, product names, logos, wordmarks and distinctive brand assets may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or origin. Reasonable factual references to Nejma or a product are allowed where permitted by law and do not create confusion.
Third-party marks
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Adobe, After Effects and related Adobe marks are trademarks of Adobe Inc. References are used to describe compatibility or integration and do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
Your content
Nejma does not claim ownership of creative work merely because you use a Nejma product to create, edit or animate it. You remain responsible for having the rights needed for content you submit to support, contact or other Nejma services.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material available through Nejma infringes copyright, trademark or another intellectual-property right, send a detailed report through https://nejma.app/contact. Include your contact information, the protected work or right, the material at issue, its location, and enough information for the report to be evaluated.
Knowingly submitting a false infringement report may have legal consequences. Nejma may request additional information before acting on a report.
