This Software License explains what a paid or trial Nejma software entitlement lets you do, including the current 5text lifetime license and device rules.
License grant
Subject to payment when required, an active entitlement, these terms and the applicable product page, Nejma grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable except as expressly allowed, revocable license to install and use the software for lawful personal or commercial creative work.
The license is a right to use the software; ownership of the software, source code, brand, documentation and related intellectual property remains with Nejma or its licensors.
5text lifetime license
Unless a different device count is shown before checkout, one 5text lifetime license permits one active device at a time for the Nejma ID that owns the entitlement. You may move the license by revoking/releasing the current device and activating another device through supported Nejma controls.
Lifetime means the purchased license entitlement does not expire on a recurring billing date. It does not promise that every future major product, Adobe version, operating system, online service, feature or update will be maintained forever.
Free trial
The current 5text prototype trial is 15 minutes and is subject to account/device eligibility rules. Trial duration and expiry are controlled by Nejma's licensing backend, not calculated by the website or extension UI.
Creating additional accounts, modifying device identifiers, clearing local state or otherwise attempting to reset an exhausted trial does not create a new trial right and may be blocked.
Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, publish or make the software or private download available to others unless Nejma expressly permits it.
- Do not share a license or Nejma ID to exceed the purchased device limit.
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, license or attribution notices included with the software.
- Do not bypass or defeat activation, trial, entitlement, update or delivery protections.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract protected source code except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Updates and product delivery
Nejma may provide fixes, updates and private runtime releases to eligible users. Update availability may depend on product version, supported host software, operating system, entitlement status and technical requirements.
Nejma may replace or discontinue an update mechanism where needed for security, compatibility or product evolution without changing an already purchased non-expiring license right, subject to applicable law.
Refunds, chargebacks and termination
A full refund, reversed transaction, chargeback, fraudulent purchase, material license breach or unauthorized distribution may cause the related entitlement, downloads and device activations to be revoked. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.
Adobe and third-party software
5text requires compatible third-party software to perform its intended function. Adobe After Effects is not supplied with 5text. Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; Nejma is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe unless explicitly stated otherwise.
