Agreement and service identity

Nejma is the product brand and software supplier operating nejma.app. By creating a Nejma ID, accessing a Nejma product, starting a trial, or buying or using software that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Software License.

For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for the sale transaction, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes and receipt. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to that transaction. Nejma remains the software developer, product supplier, licensor and product-support provider.

Nejma ID accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Do not sell, rent or share an account to bypass product licensing or device limits.
• You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by a failure of Nejma systems outside your reasonable control.
• Notify Nejma through the Contact or Support page if you believe your account or license has been compromised.

Products, licenses and delivery

Nejma products are digital software and services delivered electronically. Product pages identify the product, supported host/platform information, pricing model, license scope, device limits, trial availability and other material purchase details before checkout.

A completed purchase grants the entitlement stated on the product page and receipt. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding, documentation, website or other intellectual property.

Product delivery, private downloads, updates and device activation may require a verified Nejma ID and an active entitlement.

Pricing, promotions and Paddle payments

Prices, reference prices and promotions shown on a Nejma product page are presented before checkout. The current amount, currency and any applicable taxes shown in Paddle checkout are the final transaction details you approve before payment. A crossed-out regular or reference price does not replace the checkout total.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Paddle and handles the payment transaction, applicable transaction taxes and receipt. Nejma remains the software supplier, licensor and product-support provider and issues the corresponding entitlement after confirmed payment.

Promotions may be changed, limited or ended before purchase. A completed purchase is not automatically repriced because a later promotion starts or ends, except where required by law or expressly offered by Nejma or Paddle. Refunds are handled under the Nejma Refund Policy, Paddle’s applicable buyer/refund rules and mandatory consumer law.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass trials, licensing, authentication, rate limits, private downloads or other access controls.
• Do not probe, attack, overload or interfere with Nejma infrastructure or another user's account or data.
• Do not distribute malware, use Nejma for unlawful activity, impersonate others or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not redistribute, resell or make Nejma software available except where the applicable license expressly allows it.
• Do not scrape, automate or reverse engineer the service in a way prohibited by the Software License or applicable law.

Updates, compatibility and availability

Nejma may release updates, fixes or new versions and may change technical requirements as host applications and operating systems evolve. A lifetime license is not a promise that every future major product, host version, operating system or online service will be supported forever.

Nejma may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature or service where reasonably necessary. If a change materially affects a paid entitlement, applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer law continue to apply.

Trials, beta and pre-release features

Free trials, beta, preview or experimental features may be time-limited, device/account limited, changed or discontinued. Attempts to reset or bypass trial eligibility may lead to denial of further trial access.

Pre-release features may contain defects and should not be used as the only copy of important work or data.

Ownership, copyright and trademarks

Nejma and its licensors retain all rights in the software, source code, website, product UI, graphics, documentation, branding and other protected material except for third-party material identified as such. Additional details are available in the Copyright & IP Notice at /copyright.

5text is original software developed by Nejma for use with Adobe After Effects. Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Adobe software or an Adobe license is not included with 5text, and Nejma is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party services

Nejma may integrate with third-party services such as Paddle, Google Analytics, email providers, hosting providers and Adobe software. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy notices and availability rules. Nejma does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes made solely by those providers, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Nejma may restrict or suspend an account, license or service where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms or the Software License, respond to a refund/chargeback, or comply with law. Where practical and appropriate, the user will have a way to contact support about the restriction.

Service disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nejma products and services are provided without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party environment or suitable for every workflow. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important project files and testing software in your workflow.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law, changes and contact

These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. The Paddle sale transaction remains subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms. Nothing here requires a consumer to give up protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
