Refunds withoutthe fine print.
Nejma products purchased through Paddle are subject to Paddle's current Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nejma does not apply a separate policy that reduces or overrides those rights.
Seller and Merchant of Record
Nejma is a product brand operated by JUST WHY US LLC. JUST WHY US LLC develops and licenses Nejma software and operates nejma.app.
For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles the sale transaction, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and refund processing. Nejma provides the software, entitlement, licensing and product support.
Policy that applies
Purchases processed by Paddle are governed by Paddle's current Refund Policy. This Nejma page is a plain-language summary for customers and does not create additional refund restrictions, exceptions or eligibility rules.
You can review the controlling policy directly at Paddle's Refund Policy. If this page and Paddle's policy ever differ, Paddle's current policy and any mandatory consumer law take priority for Paddle-processed transactions.
Refund and withdrawal rights
Under Paddle's global policy, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Paddle may also issue refunds on a discretionary basis and applies statutory withdrawal or refund rights where they exist.
Nothing on nejma.app limits mandatory consumer rights. Rights relating to products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose continue to apply where required by law. Country-specific withdrawal and refund rules are handled under Paddle's current policy.
How to request a refund
The fastest way to request or manage a refund for a Paddle purchase is through Paddle Buyer Support. Paddle can locate the transaction, confirm the rights that apply and process an approved refund.
You may also contact Nejma Support for product troubleshooting or help identifying your order. Nejma can assist with the product side of the request, but Paddle's refund rules control Paddle-processed purchases.
Fraud and refund abuse
Paddle may refuse a refund where it identifies fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour. This is applied by Paddle under its Refund Policy and does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Access after a refund
When a refund is issued in accordance with Paddle's policy, access to the refunded product may end. Nejma may revoke the associated paid entitlement, license, private downloads and device activations after the refund is confirmed.
Subscriptions and renewals
5text currently uses a one-time license model rather than recurring subscription billing. If Nejma offers subscriptions in the future, the billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation information and any applicable refund rights will be shown before checkout and handled under Paddle's then-current buyer and refund terms.
